What payment options do you offer?

Once payment has been received, the items will be shipped within the stated delivery time.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The delivery period only starts after receipt of payment. We strive for the shortest possible delivery time. The delivery period is a minimum of 1 working day and a maximum of 2 days after receipt of payment for delivery in Belgium. For other countries a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 30 days.

How much are the shipping costs?

For delivery in Belgium, the prices exclude delivery costs from 50 euros. For deliveries under 50 euros, shipping costs of 7.5 euros will be charged. The costs for shipping to other countries are specified when ordering before the order is finally placed. The order can then still be canceled.

Can I track my order?

For shipping to an address, an email will be sent when the delivery is given to the shipping partner Bpost. You can follow the shipment via a track & trace code via the link with tracking number provided.

Orders

How do I place an order?

Choose your product(s) and place them in the shopping cart. You can then immediately complete your order or continue shopping. Once you have found all products, proceed to 'payment'. Fill in all the details and follow the steps. The order is only final after receipt of payment.

Do I need to register to place and pay for an order?

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

Returns

How can I return my order?

Would you like to return a product? No problem! Complete the returns document carefully and return it together with the product.

You pay shipping costs yourself.

Can I exchange my order?

Is the ordered product the wrong size? Or would you choose a different color? Exchange is no problem. When exchanging you will not pay any new shipping costs. Do not forget to indicate this on the return document. You can always exchange products in our store. This way you can also enjoy our expert explanation.

Can I cancel my purchase?

You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. These 14 days start from the day the products are delivered to you.

When will the refund be made?

The refund will take place within five working days after you have informed us that you are canceling the agreement and the order is back in our possession. We will refund you the full purchase price. The transport costs incurred for orders will not be reimbursed. The refund will be made via the same method as the payment. This also applies when you deliver the goods to our store.
